INFAMOUZ Racing (“INFAMOUZ”, “we”) is operated by vdssi llc. This policy covers infamouzculture.com (our store) and summarizes the INFAMOUZ Racing app & member portal. The full app privacy policy lives at mbr.infamouzculture.com/privacy.
What we collect on the store
- Orders & checkout: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, and what you bought. Payments are processed by WooPayments/Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Account: if you create a store account, your login email and order history.
- Cookies & analytics: essential cookies for your cart and login, plus first-party analytics (pages viewed) to improve the store.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or email.
What we collect in the app
The INFAMOUZ Racing app is built for riders and drivers, so with your permission it records ride data: GPS routes, speed, lean angle, g-force, and motion-sensor data — only while you record a ride. Rides are private by default until you choose to share them, and shared routes crop your start/end points for home privacy. The app also stores content you post (photos, videos, stories, messages), your device info and push token, login records for security, and first-party usage analytics. What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data — including your location data.
- No third-party advertising SDKs, no tracking pixels that profile you across other apps or websites, no data brokers.
- Everything we collect stays first-party, on our own servers, and is used to run and improve INFAMOUZ.
Who we share with
Only service providers that make the store and app work: payment processing (Stripe / Apple), shipping carriers (name + address on your package label), hosting, and push-notification delivery. Legal requests only when the law requires it.
Your rights
- Delete your app account and data anytime in-app at mbr.infamouzculture.com/delete-account.
- Request a copy or deletion of your store data by emailing [email protected].
- We honor California (CCPA) and EU (GDPR) privacy rights for everyone, wherever you live.
Age
INFAMOUZ is for adults (17+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17. If a parent or guardian believes their minor child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.
