Ride at your own risk
INFAMOUZ Racing is a social and telemetry app for motorsport enthusiasts. Speed, lean-angle, g-force, and route data are for entertainment only — they are estimates, not a safety device, and accuracy is not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for riding and driving legally and safely. Obey all traffic laws. Racing belongs on closed tracks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFAMOUZ and vdssi llc are not liable for accidents, injuries, citations, or damages arising from your use of the app or participation in any meet or ride.
Rider Down SOS is a best-effort community feature, not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
Membership & billing
Paid tiers are billed through Stripe (web) or Apple (in-app). You can cancel anytime; access runs through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months. Prices may change with notice.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you grant INFAMOUZ a non-exclusive license to host and display your content inside the app and portal. No illegal content, harassment, impersonation, or spam. In voice rooms, don’t record other members without their consent. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Store purchases
Orders are subject to availability. See our Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime at mbr.infamouzculture.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
General
