GIVEAWAY #3 2024 KAWASAKI ZX6R

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

Eligibility: 2024 KAWASAKI ZX6R Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, and where prohibited by law. Employees of INFAMOUZ CULTURE, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Entry: Participants will automatically receive entries into the Giveaway by making a qualifying purchase of Infamouz Culture Key Tag or other QUALIFYING PRODUCTS which are non-refundable (all sales final)

To enter without a purchase via a mail-in, hand write the following on the front of a 3x5 card, your full name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. Insert card in a #10 envelope and mail to: 19560 Clay Rd, KATY TX 77449 Suite D (each envelope must be mailed individually, every 50 mail-ins equals to one entry.) And can only enter one time in form of mail-in.

Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on [11/13/2023] at 12:00 AM PT and ends when all the 200 QUALIFYING PRODUCTS are sold out.

Prize: The prize is 2024 KAWASAKI ZX6R. The specifics of the prize will be determined by INFAMOUZ CULTURE.

Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will occur within five (5) business days following the end of the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via the provided contact information within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in the selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Delivery: The winner is responsible for providing a valid shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package. INFAMOUZ CULTURE will not cover shipping cost.

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of INFAMOUZ CULTURE, which are final and binding. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at INFAMOUZ CULTURE's discretion. A purchase back may be eligible upon INFAMOUZ CULTURE decision.  

Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants INFAMOUZ CULTURE the right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner. By entering, participants agree to INFAMOUZ CULTURE's Privacy Policy, available on their website.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants release and hold harmless INFAMOUZ CULTURE, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
